Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our research peptides, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@pepti-nova.com.
To help us investigate your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage
Once we have reviewed your claim, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement product, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, we will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
